Ned Barnett
Ned Barnett has, for more than three decades, been a leader in
investor and public relations, as well as marketing communications,
strategic planning and market research for high-technology, healthcare
and Internet companies.
Barnett has also served as a seasoned writer, editor and publisher
for a variety of high tech, trade and consumer magazines. By blending
both his communication, financial skills and his journalistic credentials,
Barnett has developed a repertoire of techniques for ensuring the
success of IR clients such as HCA, Computer Associates, Republic
Health, as well as venture capital firms - or those firms seeking
VC funding.
In his career, Ned has authored nine published books, and has taught
at four colleges and universities. Barnett has worked with more
than 250 clients, including Fortune 500 hospital companies, startups
and high-tech companies, as well as major national not-for-profit
advocacy groups, insurance and managed care organizations and trade
associations - helping them to meet their bottom-line or investor-relations
goals through effective public relations and on-target marketing
communications.

A former CBS journalist, Daryl
Toor, APR, serves is the primary face to the customer. As Vice President
of Marketing & PR Solutions and Chief Awareness Officer, he
helps clients accelearte their revenue with unique marketing programs.
He is the author of "Get The Word Out! Marketing
to Attract New Business", and is a recognized expert on
marketing, public relations, corporate communications, Investor
relations, e-mail marketing, search engine optimization, social
media and sales lead management.

on the Web. While directing healthcare marketing for Trion
the leader in healthcare, industrial and residential indoor air
quality technology applications Toor designed revenue generating
marketing programs for Honeywell,
Sunbeam, Kenmore
and Oreck.
Toor was also the principal spokespeople for Atlanta leading up
to both SuperBowl XXVIII
and the 1996 Olympic
Games and co-founded the Southern International Press Center.
A recipient of an Emmy as well as both PRSA
Silver and Bronze Anvil Awards, IABC
Golden Quill communication awards, his work was nationally recognized
for building what is today the nation's largest cruise line -- Carnival
Cruise Lines -- and his promotion of the Miami
Beach's Art Deco Festival attracted national attention that
led to the production of the popular TV show, "Miami
Vice." In addition, he launched the Internet's most popular
online lotto with a marketing campaign that innovatingly used one
of the first reality show stars.
